Come help us solve our customers&#8216; toughest problems and be part of a company that plays a vital role in the future of electronics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Austria, 9500 Villach<\/li>\n<li>Employee type: Full time<\/li>\n<li>Contract: Permanent<\/li>\n<li>Job ID: 96941<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement new customer requirements and features in our existing application<\/li>\n<li>Maintain existing code base and investigating problem areas<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating solutions by providing documentation, flowcharts, and clear code<\/li>\n<li>Working in cross functional teams throughout our organization<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel within USA, Europe, and Asia (total is less than 10%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualification<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.S or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of embedded software development and design<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Object Oriented Software implementation and design e.g.: Design Patterns and Finite State Machines<\/li>\n<li>Strong software engineering skills: modular design, data structures and algorithms<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Source Control and Development life cycles<\/li>\n<li>Analytical approach to root cause analysis<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of multithreading is a must (preemptive thread scheduling)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Networking\/TCPIP<\/li>\n<li>Experience with real-time operating systems beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Experience in distributed embedded controls system beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Details according to the Austrian general equal treatment act<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>This position is subject to the AUSTRIAN Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum annual salary for the position (m\/f) is 44.696,12 EUR gross based on a full-time employment.
